We are assisting our client in their search for a part time (20-24 hours each week) detail-oriented Accounting Assistant for a long-term temporary engagement. The schedule is flexible, Monday through Friday between the hours of 9am - 6pm, but a consistent schedule will be established. This role is 100% on site and has the potential to become a permanent role for the right candidate. In this role you will support employee file maintenance, cash/tip reconciliation, expense tracking, and month-end reporting activities. This position plays a key role in ensuring accurate financial records, coding expense receipts, and supporting both accounting and HR processes. Experience with MS Office, especially Excel, is required.
