Payroll Administrator
<p>We are looking for an experienced Payroll Administrator to assist on a fully remote basis. In this long-term contract position, you will oversee the payroll process for a mid-sized organization, ensuring accuracy and compliance across multi-state operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, expertise in full-cycle payroll, and experience using UKG Pro.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees across multiple states.</p><p>• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.</p><p>• Calculate and verify payroll adjustments, deductions, and benefits.</p><p>• Handle payroll for 101-500 employees with precision and attention to detail.</p><p>• Utilize UKG software to execute and maintain payroll operations efficiently.</p><p>• Address and resolve payroll discrepancies or employee inquiries promptly.</p><p>• Prepare and submit payroll reports to management as needed.</p><p>• Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure accurate employee data.</p><p>• Stay updated on changes in payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance.</p>
<p>• Proven experience in full-cycle payroll processing.</p><p>• Expertise in managing multi-state payroll operations.</p><p>• Familiarity with payroll systems for organizations of 101-500 employees.</p><p>• Proficiency in using UKG REQUIRED</p><p>• Strong understanding of payroll laws and regulations.</p><p>• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.</p><p>• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.</p><p>• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.</p>
