In this role, you will oversee payroll operations for a large workforce, ensuring accurate and timely processing while adhering to compliance standards. Responsibilities:• Process payroll for a workforce of over 500 employees, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.• Utilize advanced payroll software to manage data, generate reports, and maintain records.• Administer electronic timekeeping systems to track employee hours and resolve discrepancies.• Prepare and file payroll taxes in compliance with applicable regulations.• Collaborate with internal teams to address payroll-related inquiries and issues.• Conduct audits on payroll data to ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards.• Monitor and resolve payroll discrepancies, including adjustments and corrections.• Stay updated on changes in payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance.• Assist in generating and distributing payroll reports to management.

• Proven experience managing payroll for a large workforce, ideally 500+ employees. • Proficiency in handling electronic timekeeping systems. • Familiarity with advanced payroll software (excluding Quicken/QuickBooks). • Knowledge of payroll tax preparation and compliance regulations. • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve discrepancies. • Excellent organizational and communication skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Prior experience in the healthcare or social assistance sector is a plus.
