Our team is looking for a Contract Cash Applications Specialist to work in Eden Prairie, MN.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Accurately process and apply cash receipts to customer accounts, including checks, ACH, wire transfers, and credit card payments</li><li>Identify and resolve payment discrepancies and unapplied cash transactions</li><li>Maintain thorough records of receipts and support account reconciliations</li><li>Communicate with internal departments and clients to ensure timely and accurate fund allocation</li><li>Assist with month-end close and provide audit support as needed</li></ul><p><br></p>

<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>At least 2 years of experience in cash applications, accounts receivable, or a related accounting role</li><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software</li><li>Excellent communication abilities</li></ul><p><br></p>
