• At least 5 years of experience in accounting or financial management.<br>• Proficiency in handling month-end close processes.<br>• Strong knowledge of general ledger reconciliation and management.<br>• Experience in preparing and reviewing financial statements and audits.<br>• Ability to manage financial reporting tasks with precision.<br>• Familiarity with sales tax compliance and returns.<br>• Excellent communication and leadership skills to train and guide team members.
