In this long-term contract position, you will play a vital role in managing accounts payable functions, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining compliance with company standards. Responsibilities: • Process and review invoices, ensuring accurate coding and timely payment. • Manage accounts payable transactions, including ACH payments and check runs. • Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner. • Maintain records and documentation for auditing purposes. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper account coding and adherence to financial protocols. • Monitor and address accounts payable inquiries from vendors and stakeholders. • Assist in automating accounts payable processes to improve efficiency. • Generate reports and summaries related to accounts payable activities. • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.

• Proven experience in accounts payable or a related financial role. • Proficiency in coding invoices and managing account transactions. • Familiarity with Automated Clearing House (ACH) processes and check runs. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial recordkeeping. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. • Strong communication skills for interacting with vendors and internal teams. • Knowledge of accounting software and tools is preferred.
