• Minimum of 10 years of accounting experience, with a proven track record in leadership roles.<br>• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is required.<br>• Extensive expertise in month-end close processes and financial statement preparation.<br>• Strong knowledge of financial audits and reporting standards.<br>• Experience managing accounting for investment portfolios.<br>• Demonstrated ability to build and lead teams in a growing organization.<br>• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.<br>• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across various departments.
