This is a key leadership position responsible for managing a team, ensuring financial accuracy, and driving compliance with organizational policies. The successful candidate will bring deep expertise in auditing, budgeting, and inventory management, with a proven background in public accounting from a Big 4 or regional firm.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Supervise and lead team of accounting staff, championing attention to detail and collaboration.</li><li>Manage month-end financial close activities and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting.</li><li>Oversee the development and execution of annual budgets, aligning financial goals with company objectives.</li><li>Conduct detailed financial audits and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies.</li><li>Implement and maintain strong financial controls to safeguard the organization’s assets and improve efficiency.</li><li>Monitor inventory processes, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of inventory levels.</li><li>Drive financial planning initiatives to support both short-term and long-term business strategies.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, offering financial insights to support critical decision-making.</li><li>Identify, address, and resolve discrepancies or issues related to financial reporting and processes.</li><li>Ensure all financial operations support and align with our strategic objectives.</li></ul>

<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum of 10 years’ experience in accounting or financial management roles.</li><li>Demonstrated expertise in financial audits and compliance.</li><li>Strong aptitude for managing month-end close and preparing accurate financial reports.</li><li>Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.</li><li>Proficiency in overseeing inventory processes and documentation.</li><li>Skilled in implementing and maintaining robust financial controls.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills to lead and develop a team.</li><li>Background in public accounting from a Big 4 or regional firm is required.</li></ul>
