Experience handling matters related to civil litigation, insurance, construction defect; and contract disputes is highly preferred. • Active license to practice law in Colorado. • Minimum of two years of experience in civil litigation. • Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills. • Proven ability to draft motions, briefs, and other legal documents with precision. • Experience with discovery processes, including depositions and document review. • Knowledge of construction law, insurance claims, and contract disputes is preferred. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
