We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team in Delray Beach, Florida. This long-term contract position offers the opportunity to play a key role in financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all aspects of accounting. The ideal candidate will bring advanced technical expertise, a strong analytical mindset, and a commitment to delivering high-quality financial insights.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Oversee the month-end close process, ensuring all entries are accurately recorded and reconciled.<br>• Prepare and analyze financial statements, identifying and explaining key variances.<br>• Conduct account reconciliations, including bank and balance sheet accounts, to maintain accuracy and integrity.<br>• Manage journal entries and ensure compliance with accounting standards and policies.<br>• Collaborate with internal teams to support audit preparation and respond to ad hoc financial requests.<br>• Utilize advanced Excel functions to analyze and present financial data effectively.<br>• Leverage systems such as NetSuite, SAP S/4HANA, and Blackline to streamline accounting processes.<br>• Provide financial support for eCommerce operations and other organizational initiatives.<br>• Ensure all general ledger accounts are reviewed and updated as part of routine financial maintenance.<br>• Continuously identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and accuracy in accounting workflows.

• Minimum of 7 years of accounting experience, demonstrating progressively responsible roles.<br>• Proficiency in account reconciliations, journal entries, and general ledger management.<br>• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas and data analysis.<br>• Experience with accounting software such as NetSuite, SAP S/4HANA, and Blackline.<br>• Strong background in month-end and year-end closing processes.<br>• Familiarity with eCommerce financial operations is preferred.<br>• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.<br>• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently to meet deadlines.
