We are looking for an experienced Accountant to join our team in Coral Gables, Florida. In this position, you will play a key role in managing financial processes and ensuring the accuracy of accounting records. If you thrive in a detail-oriented environment and are passionate about supporting business objectives through financial expertise, we encourage you to apply.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Prepare and post journal entries, ensuring compliance with U.S. accounting standards and company policies.<br>• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, including the creation of schedules and reconciliations.<br>• Process financial data accurately in accounting systems while maintaining adherence to internal controls.<br>• Reconcile accounts such as prepaids, accruals, and revenue to maintain accurate financial reporting.<br>• Support audit and review processes by providing necessary documentation and analysis.<br>• Conduct ad hoc financial analyses and contribute to special projects to support decision-making.<br>• Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes with precision and efficiency.<br>• Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial transactions.<br>• Collaborate with team members to optimize workflows and improve accounting procedures.

<p><br></p><p>• Strong knowledge of general ledger accounting and journal entry preparation.</p><p>• Expertise in performing bank reconciliations and maintaining accurate financial records.</p><p>• Proficiency in accounting systems and tools, with a focus on data accuracy.</p><p>• Familiarity with U.S. accounting standards and internal controls.</p><p>• Ability to support audits and financial reviews through detailed analysis and documentation.</p><p>• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to contribute to financial projects.</p><p><br></p>
