We are looking for a detail-oriented SR Accountant to join our team in Delray Beach, Florida. This role is ideal for someone with experience in hospitality and multi-entity accounting, who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The position requires strong technical skills and the ability to manage financial tasks with accuracy and efficiency. Responsibilities:• Prepare and review corporate tax returns, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.• Manage sales tax filings and related documentation.• Record and maintain journal entries, ensuring accuracy and proper classification.• Reconcile general ledger accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.• Utilize accounting software, such as Oracle Sun, to perform financial analyses and reporting.• Collaborate with team members to support multi-entity financial processes.• Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures.• Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.• Ensure all accounting procedures align with company policies and industry standards.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field A PLUS• Proven experience in corporate tax and sales tax preparation.• Proficiency in managing general ledger accounts and journal entries.• INFOR SUN REQUIRED• Prior experience in multi-entity or hospitality accounting is strongly preferred.• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.• Ability to work onsite and collaborate effectively with team members.• High level of attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
