- We are looking for an experienced Controller to join our team on a contract basis in West Palm Beach, Florida. In this role, you will oversee key accounting functions, including inventory management, general ledger maintenance, and financial reporting for a business with $5M in annual revenue. This is an onsite position in a small, family office environment.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Manage and maintain the accuracy of the general ledger using QuickBooks Online.<br>• Oversee inventory accounting processes and ensure proper tracking and valuation.<br>• Prepare and analyze financial statements for presentation to business owners.<br>• Review accounts payable transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.<br>• Implement and maintain document control processes, including scanning and organizing financial records.<br>• Compile and manage essential financial documents to support reporting and audits.<br>• Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial operations and reporting.<br>• Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with accounting standards and best practices.
