Staff Accountant to start immediately! • Perform detailed oversight and review of general ledger entries, ensuring accuracy and making necessary adjustments.• Conduct thorough bank and account reconciliations to maintain financial integrity.• Generate and analyze financial reports, ensuring accuracy for month-end close processes and audit readiness.• Evaluate budget versus actual expenditures, performing variance analysis for allocated funds.• Utilize Sage 300 and Excel to manage financial data effectively and efficiently.• Prepare corporate tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.• Handle sales tax calculations and reporting, maintaining compliance across jurisdictions.• Create and maintain accurate journal entries to support financial reporting.• Collaborate with teams to ensure financial processes align with organizational goals.

• Proven experience with corporate tax preparation and reporting.• Expertise in sales tax calculations and compliance.• Proficiency in preparing corporate tax returns with attention to detail.• Strong knowledge of journal entries and general ledger management.• Hands-on experience with Sage Pro accounting software.• Advanced Excel skills, including the use of formulas and data analysis.• Ability to perform variance analysis and evaluate budget vs actual performance.• Excellent organizational and analytical skills to support accurate financial reporting.
