Responsibilities: • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure timely and accurate transactions. • Oversee cash applications and perform detailed bank reconciliations. • Prepare and analyze expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies. • Conduct thorough cash flow analysis to support financial planning and decision-making. • Utilize advanced Excel skills to organize and interpret financial data efficiently. • Process journal entries and maintain the general ledger with precision. • Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies and improve accounting operations. • Ensure financial records are accurate and up-to-date by performing regular audits. • Assist in preparing reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders. • Adapt to industry-specific systems and practices to optimize accounting workflows.
