Workplace Exp Coordinator
We are looking for a Workplace Experience Coordinator to join our team in Dallas, Texas. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for visitors and employees, ensuring a welcoming and well-organized office environment. This is a long-term contract position requiring excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to supporting daily operations.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Greet visitors and employees with a detail-oriented and friendly demeanor, ensuring an exceptional front desk experience.<br>• Coordinate conference room scheduling and assist with meeting preparations, including planning and logistics.<br>• Maintain cleanliness and organization in office spaces, ensuring they are tidy and presentable.<br>• Manage mailroom activities, including sorting and posting mail, and oversee supply orders for snacks and office essentials.<br>• Support employee engagement initiatives by assisting with events, newsletters, and catering arrangements.<br>• Respond promptly to inquiries or complaints, providing solutions and delivering outstanding customer service.<br>• Order and manage food services for large meetings or events, ensuring timely delivery and setup.<br>• Facilitate onboarding activities and provide general guidance to employees and guests.<br>• Handle janitorial and maintenance work orders as needed to maintain a smooth workplace environment.<br>• Collaborate with team members to execute workplace services and support office operations effectively.
• Proven experience in customer service or front desk coordination, ideally within a busy office environment.<br>• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.<br>• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.<br>• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.<br>• Excellent communication skills and a personable, engaging demeanor.<br>• Willingness to adapt quickly and assist with tasks as needed.<br>• Familiarity with planning meetings, ordering supplies, and coordinating events.<br>• Some college education preferred, but not required.
