• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field• Minimum of 5 years of experience in property or real estate accounting• Proficiency in property management software such as MRI or Doorloop• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
