We are looking for a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Dallas, Texas. This role is ideal for an experienced individual with a strong background in managing cross-functional projects and driving successful outcomes. The position offers an opportunity to work within the hospitality industry, contributing to strategic initiatives and collaborating with various stakeholders. This is a 4-month contract position. 100% ONSITE in Dallas, TX 75225. Project Manager (contract position):Responsibilities:• Oversee and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.• Collaborate with the Shared Services Director to support and execute on special projects.• Develop, document, and implement policies and procedures to streamline project workflows.• Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment on project goals and milestones.• Utilize project management tools and methodologies, including Agile and Scrum, to deliver efficient project outcomes.• Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.• Provide detailed project updates and reports to stakeholders and senior leadership.• Coordinate with external vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless implementation of systems, such as Coupa.• Foster a collaborative team environment and maintain open channels of communication.• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices throughout all project phases.

• A minimum of 7 years of project management experience with a strong attention to detail. • Proven expertise in managing cross-functional projects within diverse industries. • Strong familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies. • PMP Certification or equivalent formal project management training. • Experience with documentation, policy creation, and process improvement. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders. • Prior experience with Coupa or similar systems is highly desirable. • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and maintain focus on project objectives.
