This role will be responsible for delivering exceptional, high-touch experiences for VIP guests, high-value customers, and key stakeholders. <p><strong><em>Minimum Requirements</em></strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.</li><li>3–5 years in hospitality, client services, or event management, with a focus on VIP or executive-level clientele.</li><li>Proven success managing logistics for large-scale, high-profile events.</li><li>Ability to travel up to 30%.</li></ul><p><strong><em>Preferred Qualifications</em></strong></p><ul><li>Experience in sports sponsorships, luxury hospitality, or premium customer engagement.</li><li>Familiarity with CRM systems and event management software.</li></ul><p><strong><em>Skills & Attributes</em></strong></p><ul><li>Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines.</li><li>Strong attention to detail with a passion for delivering exceptional service.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage professionally with executives and high-profile guests.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).</li></ul>
