People Associate
We are looking for a detail-oriented People Associate to join our dynamic team in Dallas, Texas. In this role, you will be responsible for managing service tickets, maintaining data records, and ensuring compliance with internal processes. This is a long-term contract position, offering a hybrid work model with on-site presence required from Tuesday to Thursday.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Manage service tickets by logging, tracking, and resolving issues submitted through internal systems, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate documentation.<br>• Perform regular data entry tasks, updating information in databases and systems with precision to maintain data integrity and compliance.<br>• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly.<br>• Build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders to foster collaboration and teamwork.<br>• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and other software tools, including ServiceNow and PeopleSoft, to perform daily tasks efficiently.<br>• Ensure all documentation is accurate, organized, and compliant with company standards.<br>• Handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines without compromising quality.<br>• Contribute to the overall efficiency of the service center by actively participating in team initiatives and problem-solving efforts.<br>• Conduct inbound and outbound communications to support service requests and provide updates to stakeholders.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related industry.<br>• High school diploma or equivalent educational background.<br>• Strong attention to detail with the ability to ensure data accuracy and minimize errors.<br>• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer functions.<br>• Familiarity with ServiceNow and PeopleSoft applications is a plus.<br>• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to adapt to different audiences.<br>• Proven ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively.<br>• Strong interpersonal skills, with a focus on collaboration and building positive relationships.
