Inventory Clerk
We are looking for an experienced Inventory Clerk to join our team in Dallas, Texas, on a Contract to permanent basis. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in inventory management and master data who excels in a dynamic service-oriented environment. You will play a key role in ensuring inventory accuracy and supporting seamless operations across multiple locations.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Maintain accurate inventory records by processing and reconciling transactions across various locations.<br>• Update and manage master data with precision to ensure consistency and reliability.<br>• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in collaboration with relevant teams.<br>• Assist in general accounting tasks, including data entry, account reconciliations, and preparing reports.<br>• Use tools like Dynamics AX or D365 to manage inventory and process transactions efficiently.<br>• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance inventory and accounting workflows.<br>• Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance standards in all inventory-related activities.<br>• Provide support for physical inventory counts and audits as required.
• Previous experience in inventory management or an accounting clerk role, ideally within a service or manufacturing setting.<br>• Proficiency with Excel; familiarity with Dynamics AX or D365 is highly desirable.<br>• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to handle complex data accurately.<br>• Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies in inventory records effectively.<br>• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.<br>• Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes, with training provided.<br>• Knowledge of cost accounting or standard cost systems is a plus.
