We are looking for an experienced Inventory Clerk to join our team in Dallas, Texas, on a Contract to permanent basis. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in inventory management and master data who excels in a dynamic service-oriented environment. You will play a key role in ensuring inventory accuracy and supporting seamless operations across multiple locations. Responsibilities: • Maintain accurate inventory records by processing and reconciling transactions across various locations. • Update and manage master data with precision to ensure consistency and reliability. • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in collaboration with relevant teams. • Assist in general accounting tasks, including data entry, account reconciliations, and preparing reports. • Use tools like Dynamics AX or D365 to manage inventory and process transactions efficiently. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance inventory and accounting workflows. • Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance standards in all inventory-related activities. • Provide support for physical inventory counts and audits as required.

• Previous experience in inventory management or an accounting clerk role, ideally within a service or manufacturing setting. • Proficiency with Excel; familiarity with Dynamics AX or D365 is highly desirable. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to handle complex data accurately. • Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies in inventory records effectively. • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset. • Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes, with training provided. • Knowledge of cost accounting or standard cost systems is a plus.
