Responsibilities:• Conduct high-volume recruiting efforts for caretakers, including screening calls and verifying licenses.• Manage 20-30 calls daily using platforms such as LinkedIn and Indeed to source candidates with relevant experience.• Perform detailed candidate assessments to ensure compliance with required certifications and credentials.• Address the challenges of high turnover rates by maintaining a consistent pipeline of candidates.• Utilize GoHighLevel and Microsoft Office Suite to manage recruitment processes and documentation.• Maintain professionalism and adhere to business-smart dress code during onsite days.• Collaborate with team partners to align recruiting efforts with organizational goals.• Provide exceptional service in addressing inquiries and resolving recruitment-related issues.• Ensure accuracy and efficiency in order entry and documentation processes.• Support inbound and outbound call operations to enhance recruitment outreach

• Minimum of 2 years of customer service or call center experience. • Proficiency in GoHighLevel and Microsoft Office Suite. • Demonstrated ability to handle high-volume recruiting and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. • Experience with recruiting tools like LinkedIn and Indeed. • Familiarity with order entry and handling inbound/outbound calls. • Ability to maintain a focused and attentive approach in a hybrid work environment. • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
