Administrative Assistant
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Concord, New Hampshire. This role involves supporting daily office operations, ensuring effective communication, and maintaining accurate records. If you have strong multitasking skills and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, we encourage you to apply.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Manage and organize daily office tasks to ensure smooth operations.<br>• Respond to inbound calls with attention to detail and provide accurate information as needed.<br>• Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.<br>• Support administrative functions by preparing and maintaining essential documentation.<br>• Act as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a welcoming and attentive reception.<br>• Collaborate with team members to address operational needs and improve efficiency.<br>• Maintain and update records, files, and databases to ensure accessibility and accuracy.<br>• Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.<br>• Handle correspondence and communication between departments as required.
• Proven experience in administrative support or a related role.<br>• Strong proficiency in data entry and record-keeping.<br>• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.<br>• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.<br>• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.<br>• High attention to detail and organizational skills.<br>• Familiarity with receptionist duties and client-facing interactions.<br>• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
