Administrative Assistant
<p>Robert Half's education client needs an Administrative Assistant for a 4-5 month contract assignment located in Concord. </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Administrative Assistant Core Duties and Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Ensure the office environment remains clean and welcoming at all times.</li><li>Access and maintain the membership database, updating rosters regularly for accuracy.</li><li>Create and distribute communications using Constant Contact, including integrating website links and important resources.</li><li>Answer phone calls, manage inquiries, and professionally represent over 1,600 teachers as the first point of contact for the organization.</li><li>Coordinate bi-monthly meetings, maintain comprehensive membership files, and send timely notifications to members.</li><li>Manage calendars, export reports, and prepare presentations to support organizational needs.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Word and general office software.</li><li>Provide online support and updates to the teachers.</li><li>Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail and clarity.</li></ul><p>These responsibilities demonstrate expertise in administrative support, a commitment to confidentiality, and a dedication to outstanding customer service. • Proven experience in administrative assistance or a similar role.<br>• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.<br>• Strong organizational and time management skills.<br>• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.<br>• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.<br>• Comfortable with data entry and creating reports.<br>• Ability to perform online research efficiently and accurately.<br>• Strong customer service skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
