Sr. Administrative Assistant
We are looking for a highly organized Sr. Administrative Assistant to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. This is a long-term contract position that requires a proactive individual who excels in managing complex schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, and supporting senior leadership. The ideal candidate will bring strong communication skills and attention to detail, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Manage and maintain complex calendars for senior leadership, ensuring timely scheduling and coordination of meetings.<br>• Organize and oversee travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.<br>• Prepare and export documents for internal and external use, ensuring accuracy and compliance.<br>• Assist in organizing conference calls and virtual meetings, ensuring seamless communication among participants.<br>• Compile and analyze data for reporting purposes, delivering actionable insights to support decision-making.<br>• Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leadership, handling correspondence and other tasks as needed.<br>• Facilitate the planning and execution of leadership meetings, ensuring all logistical details are addressed.<br>• Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in all activities.<br>• Collaborate with various departments to streamline administrative processes and improve efficiency.
• Proven experience in calendar management and scheduling for senior-level executives.<br>• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.<br>• Proficiency in coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements.<br>• Expertise in preparing and exporting detailed documents and reports.<br>• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.<br>• Ability to organize and host conference calls and virtual meetings effectively.<br>• High level of proficiency in data analysis and reporting.<br>• Demonstrated commitment to maintaining confidentiality and a detail-oriented approach.
