We are looking for a skilled Senior Programmer Analyst to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. In this role, you will collaborate on both development and production support for distributed applications, with a focus on upgrading the mainframe-based Account Analysis system to a distributed solution. This is a long-term contract position suited for a candidate who thrives in dynamic environments and brings a strong technical background.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Lead the design, development, and integration efforts for the upgrade of the Account Analysis system, transitioning to a distributed platform.<br>• Analyze user requirements and propose technical solutions aligned with organizational standards.<br>• Collaborate with architects and analysts to create and refine design documentation.<br>• Conduct unit testing, debug programs, and assist in implementing solutions.<br>• Handle complex technical assignments independently and contribute effectively in team settings.<br>• Work closely with external vendors and internal technical teams to ensure seamless application integration.<br>• Provide technical estimates and solutions for small to medium-sized projects.<br>• Monitor industry trends and standards to continuously improve technical practices.<br>• Manage multitasking in a fast-paced environment while ensuring quality deliverables.<br>• Support application and infrastructure scans, addressing identified defects effectively.

• Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field or equivalent relevant experience.<br>• At least 3 years of experience in DataStage programming, including creating, editing, and documenting jobs.<br>• Minimum of 3 years of scripting experience in Windows and Linux environments.<br>• Familiarity with banking applications and Windows Administration.<br>• Proficiency in server network configurations, firewall setup, and load balancing.<br>• Experience with Active Directory and IT system administration best practices.<br>• Knowledge of enterprise scheduling tools, preferably Zena, and PowerShell scripting.<br>• Foundational understanding of networking, security, and infrastructure areas.
