<p>We are looking for a Sr Associate of Low-Code Development to join our team in Cincinnati, Ohio. In this long-term contract position, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing low-code solutions to enhance workflow efficiency. You will collaborate across departments to ensure software compliance, drive adoption, and deliver cutting-edge tools to support business objectives.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Design and implement low-code solutions to streamline and automate workflows.</p><p>• Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize system performance for better efficiency.</p><p>• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional applications.</p><p>• Manage the roadmap for technology tools, from initiation through decommissioning.</p><p>• Create user guides, deliver training sessions, and ensure smooth integration of third-party platforms.</p><p>• Establish software standards and compliance protocols, working closely with Legal, Compliance, and Technology teams.</p><p>• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.</p><p>• Research and evaluate emerging tools to maintain a competitive and innovative tech stack.</p><p>• Adapt project management approaches, such as agile or waterfall, to enhance collaboration and continuous improvement.</p><p>• Incorporate AI considerations into development processes to align with industry trends.</p>

• Proven experience in designing and deploying low-code solutions.<br>• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to analyze system performance.<br>• Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.<br>• Experience managing technology roadmaps and overseeing the lifecycle of tools.<br>• Proficiency in creating user documentation and delivering training sessions.<br>• Knowledge of software compliance standards and procedures.<br>• Familiarity with agile and waterfall methodologies for project management.<br>• Understanding of AI technologies and their application in workflow automation.
