Front Desk Coordinator
We are looking for a skilled Front Desk Coordinator to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. In this contract position, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk activities while delivering exceptional customer service to clients and visitors. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Greet and assist visitors and clients, ensuring a welcoming and attentive experience.<br>• Manage incoming calls, including answering, directing, and responding to inquiries using a multi-line phone system.<br>• Sort, organize, and distribute incoming mail while preparing outgoing mail deliveries.<br>• Maintain and restock office supplies to support daily operations.<br>• Schedule and coordinate conference room usage, including setup and cleanup after meetings.<br>• Perform accurate data entry and maintain records in computer systems.<br>• Provide administrative support, including handling inventory and assisting with office tasks.<br>• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflows.<br>• Utilize Microsoft Outlook and Excel for email correspondence, scheduling, and data management.<br>• Deliver superior customer service by addressing issues promptly and efficiently.
• Proven experience in receptionist or administrative roles.<br>• Proficiency in handling multi-line phone systems and directing calls effectively.<br>• Strong customer service skills with a commitment to professionalism.<br>• Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel for office tasks and organization.<br>• Ability to sort, distribute, and manage mail efficiently.<br>• Experience with conference room coordination, setup, and cleanup.<br>• Familiarity with computer data entry and record-keeping systems.<br>• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
