HR Coordinator
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our team in Columbus, Indiana. This contract position with the potential for long-term employment offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the smooth operation of the Leave & Accommodation Management Team. The ideal candidate will excel in administrative tasks and be capable of working collaboratively to meet team objectives.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Support the Leave & Accommodation Management Team by producing accurate and timely reports.<br>• Monitor and manage the inventory of office supplies to ensure departmental needs are met.<br>• Create and maintain electronic filing systems to keep records organized and accessible.<br>• Handle the sorting and distribution of incoming department mail.<br>• Provide assistance on various team projects as they arise.<br>• Participate in team meetings to stay informed and contribute to discussions.<br>• Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned to support team operations.
• Experience with leave of absence and absence management processes.<br>• Strong ability to act as a liaison and maintain effective employee relations.<br>• Knowledge of FMLA regulations and related compliance requirements.<br>• Proficiency in providing administrative support with attention to detail.<br>• Capability to assure compliance through audits and reporting.<br>• Familiarity with managing vendor relationships in an HR context.<br>• Excellent organizational skills to handle multiple priorities effectively.
