HR Generalist
<p>We are looking for a dedicated HR Generalist to join our team in Colorado Springs, Colorado. This is a long-term contract position that offers the opportunity to contribute to various HR functions, including employee relations, policy administration, and onboarding processes. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the organization’s goals by maintaining compliance, improving procedures, and delivering exceptional service to employees and leadership.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Provide guidance and support to employees and leadership on HR policies and procedures.</p><p>• Administer and maintain personnel records and HRIS systems, ensuring data accuracy and generating reports as needed.</p><p>• Assist with recruitment efforts, including applicant tracking, correspondence, and monthly report updates.</p><p>• Facilitate new employee orientations and support onboarding processes for employees.</p><p>• Aid in the administration and communication of employee benefit programs, including health, dental, and retirement plans.</p><p>• Handle termination procedures, including documentation, conducting exit interviews, and notifying relevant departments.</p><p>• Track and maintain required licenses and certifications for employees as needed.</p><p>• Participate in company improvement projects and collaborate with HR team members on cross-training initiatives.</p><p>• Ensure adherence to confidentiality standards and compliance with organizational policies.</p>
<p>• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree or HR certification preferred.</p><p>• Minimum of three years of broad HR experience.</p><p>• Proficiency in UKG and Office Suite applications.</p><p>• Familiarity with employee benefit programs and onboarding processes.</p><p>• Strong knowledge of employee relations and HR administration.</p><p>• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.</p><p>• Ability to build effective working relationships with employees and leadership.</p>
