We are looking for an experienced Commercial Litigation Associate to join our dynamic legal team in Clayton, Missouri. Our firm is dedicated to providing exceptional representation in complex business disputes, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and achieving outstanding results for our clients. This role offers the opportunity to manage challenging cases, work alongside experienced attorneys, and play a key role in delivering high-quality legal solutions.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Oversee commercial litigation cases from initial filing through resolution, ensuring thorough case management.<br>• Conduct in-depth legal research and prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.<br>• Handle all aspects of discovery, including drafting requests, responding to discovery demands, and conducting depositions.<br>• Represent clients effectively in hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and other dispute resolution proceedings.<br>• Collaborate with colleagues to develop strategic approaches to complex litigation matters.<br>• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing timely updates and detail-oriented guidance.<br>• Advocate for clients in court by preparing and arguing motions.<br>• Stay informed about changes in laws and regulations relevant to commercial litigation.<br>• Contribute to the firm’s growth through active participation in business development initiatives.

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.<br>• Active license to practice law in Missouri.<br>• Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial litigation, including discovery and motion practice.<br>• Proficiency in legal research, writing, and analytical reasoning.<br>• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.<br>• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines efficiently.<br>• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.<br>• Experience in depositions and arguing motions in court.
