<p>Robert Half is partnering with a highly respected Chicago-based civil rights and employment litigation firm to hire a full-time <strong>Litigation Paralegal</strong>. This is an exceptional opportunity for a detail‑oriented litigation professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and wants to support meaningful, high‑impact work.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Prepare, file, and organize pleadings, motions, and other court documents</li><li>Conduct legal and factual research; draft summaries</li><li>Manage case files, document databases, and client materials</li><li>Prepare discovery requests/responses, correspondence, and exhibits</li><li>Maintain litigation calendars, deadlines, and schedules</li><li>Assist with depositions, trial preparation, and trial logistics</li><li>Coordinate document productions and manage exhibits</li><li>Communicate with clients to gather information and provide updates</li><li>Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local court rules</li><li>Provide support during mediation, arbitration, and settlement conferences</li></ul><p><br></p>
