We are seeking a skilled Attorney with expertise in family law to join our team on a contract basis. This position is located in Park Ridge, Illinois, and includes a variety of legal tasks such as drafting motions and preparing for trials. The role provides an opportunity to work with a dedicated team and contribute meaningfully to family law cases. <br> Responsibilities: • Draft and prepare legal documents, including court orders, pleadings, and motions. • Collaborate and communicate effectively with other attorneys and relevant parties. • Manage discovery processes, including gathering and analyzing evidence. • Prepare for upcoming trials by organizing materials and developing case strategies. • Represent clients in court when necessary, ensuring attentive and impactful representation. • Conduct legal research to support case preparation and strategy development. • Provide guidance and support to legal assistants and clerical staff. • Maintain thorough and accurate records of case files and legal proceedings. <br> The pay range for this position is 40 to 65.
