We are looking for a skilled Litigation Paralegal to join our team on a contract basis in Chicago, Illinois. This role is ideal for an individual who thrives in fast-paced environments and is experienced in supporting civil litigation and trial preparation. The position will focus on assisting attorneys with document reviews, keyword tagging, and preparing deliverables within strict deadlines. <br> Responsibilities: • Analyze and review case documents, ensuring thorough examination for relevant keywords. • Organize and tag records related to federal employment cases to streamline case preparation. • Collaborate with attorneys to develop client deliverables and meet tight deadlines. • Support trial preparation efforts, including managing discovery and pre-trial documentation. • Utilize case management software to maintain accurate and organized case files. • Assist in the preparation and submission of legal documents required for litigation. • Ensure compliance with procedural rules and guidelines throughout the case management process. • Coordinate with legal teams to facilitate seamless communication and workflow. • Maintain meticulous attention to detail while handling large volumes of case records. • Provide additional support as needed to ensure the success of litigation efforts. <br> The pay range for this position is 22 to 27.
