If you are detail-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we invite you to apply. </p><p> Responsibilities: • Prepare and review legal documents related to estate planning and real estate transactions. • Conduct thorough research to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. • Assist attorneys in drafting wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents. • Coordinate and manage real estate closings, including document preparation and communication with clients. • Maintain organized and up-to-date case files and legal records. • Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and addressing their inquiries. • Translate legal documents or communications, if proficient in Polish. • Ensure all deadlines are met and prioritize tasks to support attorneys. • Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency. </p><p><br></p><p> The pay range for this position is $28.50 to $33 . • Proven experience as a paralegal, specifically in estate planning and real estate.<br>• Strong knowledge of legal terminology and procedures.<br>• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.<br>• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.<br>• Proficiency in legal research tools and software.<br>• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.<br>• Polish language proficiency is preferred but not required.<br>• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
