If you excel at navigating complex employee relations and are ready to make a difference in a mission-driven organization, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></p><ul><li>Address matters of tardiness, discrimination, workers’ compensation, accidents, and performance concerns.</li><li>Manage disciplinary actions, resolve no-shows, and handle investigations—no union-related work.</li><li>Develop and refine SOPs to elevate HR processes and compliance.</li><li>Collaborate to identify and resolve performance issues across teams.</li><li>Leverage your expertise in employee relations—BP backgrounds welcome.</li></ul><p><br></p>
<ul><li>Minimum 5 years of direct employee relations experience, managing cases independently</li><li>Robust background in human resources and compliance/legal HR matters</li><li>Proven experience developing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)</li><li>Demonstrated ability to address sensitive issues with professionalism and discretion</li><li>Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills</li></ul><p>Long Term Salary Range: $70,000 - $75,000 Benefits available to contract professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance.
