In this role, you will play a critical part in driving recruitment strategies and building strong candidate pipelines to meet organizational goals. Responsibilities: • Source and attract candidates with relevant experience using various methods, including direct outreach, job boards, and social media platforms. • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to align talent acquisition with organizational needs. • Communicate job expectations and requirements clearly to candidates, providing a positive and informative experience. • Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a diverse pool of applicants with relevant experience is considered for each position. • Create and manage job postings that effectively highlight roles and responsibilities to attract top talent. • Conduct pre-employment background checks and collaborate with the HR Generalist for a seamless onboarding process. • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems to ensure accurate records and efficient documentation. • Prepare offer letters and coordinate pre-permanent paperwork to ensure smooth transitions for new hires. • Analyze market trends to develop competitive compensation and benefits strategies. • Promote diversity and inclusion throughout all recruitment efforts while adhering to employment laws and company policies.

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates. • Proficiency in utilizing various sourcing methods and platforms, such as LinkedIn and networking events. • Strong ability to assess candidates for both technical qualifications and cultural fit. • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage with candidates and stakeholders effectively. • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously. • Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and maintaining accurate recruitment records. • Familiarity with employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance in hiring practices. • Commitment to fostering diversity and inclusion within recruitment processes.
