Administrative Assistant
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Chester, Virginia. If you excel at multitasking and enjoy working both independently and collaboratively, we encourage you to apply.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Handle incoming calls and provide exceptional customer service to clients and team members.<br>• Perform accurate data entry tasks, ensuring all information is properly recorded and maintained.<br>• Manage email correspondence, responding promptly and courteously to inquiries.<br>• Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings efficiently.<br>• Support receptionist duties by welcoming visitors and maintaining a well-organized front desk.<br>• Utilize Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, to complete administrative tasks.<br>• Maintain organized records and assist with general office management.<br>• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.<br>• Take initiative in identifying and addressing administrative needs.<br>• Uphold confidentiality and a high standard of conduct in all interactions.
• At least 1 year of experience in administrative or receptionist roles.<br>• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.<br>• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with colleagues and clients.<br>• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.<br>• Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records.<br>• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute.<br>• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.<br>• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
