<ul><li>Represent clients at administrative hearings before ALJs</li><li>Experience with either Workers Compensation or Social Security Disability </li><li>Prepare persuasive briefs, including “On The Record” requests and appeals</li><li>Conduct legal research and draft Appeals Council and Federal Court briefs</li><li>Guide clients through the entire claims process, from intake to resolution</li><li>Collaborate with a supportive legal team to evaluate and advance claims</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>JD and strong academic credentials</li><li>Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills</li><li>Strong time management and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment</li><li>Demonstrated commitment to helping others and making a difference through legal work</li></ul><p><br></p>
