This role focuses on ensuring accurate financial reporting, managing tax filings, and maintaining compliance with corporate accounting standards. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in corporate tax, general ledger management, and journal entry preparation. Responsibilities: • Prepare and file corporate tax returns in compliance with regulatory requirements. • Manage sales tax filings and ensure timely submissions. • Create accurate journal entries to support the monthly close process. • Oversee general ledger accounts and reconcile discrepancies. • Analyze financial data to identify trends and support strategic decision-making. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate reporting and compliance. • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and management reports. • Monitor changes in tax regulations and implement necessary updates. • Provide support during audits by compiling required documentation and records. • Maintain organized records of all accounting transactions and processes.

• Proven experience in corporate tax preparation and compliance. • Strong knowledge of sales tax regulations and filings. • Proficiency in creating and managing journal entries. • Solid understanding of general ledger processes and reconciliations. • Ability to analyze financial data and generate insightful reports. • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. • Proficiency in accounting software and tools. • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
