We are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager/Supervisor to oversee financial operations within our organization in Lexington, North Carolina. This role requires strong leadership abilities to manage a team, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and deliver accurate financial reporting. Responsibilities: • Lead and manage a team of 5-6 accounting staff, providing guidance and performance oversight. • Oversee month-end close processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting. • Supervise the preparation and reconciliation of general ledger accounts. • Coordinate and support financial statement audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. • Review and approve journal entries to maintain accuracy and integrity in financial records. • Analyze financial data and provide actionable insights to senior management. • Develop and implement policies to improve efficiency and effectiveness in accounting processes. • Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies. • Prepare detailed financial reports to support organizational decision-making.

• Proven experience in managing accounting teams and overseeing financial operations. • Strong expertise in month-end close processes and general ledger management. • In-depth knowledge of account reconciliation and journal entry preparation. • Familiarity with financial statement audits and regulatory compliance. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. • Proficient in accounting software and tools. • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification is a plus. • Effective communication and leadership skills.
