Human Resources Contact Center Representative
<p>We are looking for a Human Resources Contact Center Representative to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for employees, managers, and external stakeholders, providing support and guidance on HR-related inquiries. This is a long-term contract position offering an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and innovative environment within the hi-tech engineering industry. </p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Address and resolve HR inquiries from employees, managers, retirees, vendors, and other stakeholders, ensuring adherence to established policies.</p><p>• Utilize ServiceNow for effective case management and tracking of requests.</p><p>• Provide accurate information on payroll, benefits, time-off policies, and other HR-related topics.</p><p>• Guide individuals towards self-service resources and tools when appropriate.</p><p>• Access and navigate multiple systems such as Workday and SharePoint to retrieve necessary information.</p><p>• Escalate complex or non-standard situations to appropriate teams to ensure resolution.</p><p>• Share feedback on employee experiences to identify opportunities for process improvement.</p><p>• Educate stakeholders on available HR services and resources to enhance their understanding.</p><p>• Collaborate with HR leaders to maintain consistency and compliance in responses.</p>
• Proficiency in HR systems such as ADP Workforce Now, Ceridian, and Workday.<br>• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries professionally and empathetically.<br>• Experience conducting background checks and managing benefit functions.<br>• Familiarity with auditing processes and compliance standards.<br>• Ability to navigate multiple software platforms and tools to retrieve and manage information.<br>• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.<br>• Previous experience in a contact center or HR support role preferred.<br>• Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
