HR Generalist
We are looking for a dedicated HR Generalist to support a dynamic team during a key period of organizational activity. This contract position is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR team member to contribute to essential functions such as employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance management. Based in Charlotte, North Carolina, this role will play a vital part in maintaining a positive and inclusive workplace while ensuring smooth HR operations.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Provide support to the HR Director and team in preparing documentation for audits and maintaining compliance.<br>• Address employee relations matters with confidentiality and expertise to foster a positive work environment.<br>• Coordinate the open enrollment process, including communication and assistance to employees.<br>• Oversee hiring processes, onboarding new team members, and managing offboarding procedures.<br>• Assist with performance evaluations, compensation reviews, and disciplinary actions as needed.<br>• Ensure accurate benefits administration and respond to employee inquiries related to HR policies.<br>• Maintain adherence to organizational policies and employment regulations.<br>• Collaborate on initiatives that strengthen workplace culture and inclusivity.<br>• Utilize HRIS systems effectively to manage employee data and streamline processes.<br>• Support the team in handling day-to-day HR functions with efficiency.
• Proven experience in human resources, including employee relations and HR administration.<br>• Familiarity with onboarding processes and benefits coordination.<br>• Strong knowledge of HRIS systems and their applications.<br>• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.<br>• Solid understanding of employment regulations and compliance standards.<br>• Excellent organizational and communication skills.<br>• Experience managing open enrollment processes and related communication.<br>• Ability to work collaboratively within a team while managing individual responsibilities.
