We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. This long-term contract position offers the opportunity to play a pivotal role in driving financial strategy and operational success within the commercial refrigeration sector. The ideal candidate will bring strong financial expertise, cross-functional collaboration skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Hybrid- onsite in Uptown Charlotte 3 days a week. Responsibilities:• Act as the primary financial advisor to the North American leadership team, providing insights and guidance to the GM and functional heads.• Develop and analyze financial models to support strategic decisions and evaluate various scenarios.• Collaborate with departments such as Sales, Engineering, and Supply Chain to align financial strategies with business objectives.• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to ensure financial accuracy and accountability.• Create and maintain dashboards and KPIs to provide actionable insights to local management.• Manage cash flow requirements and advise on capital allocation to optimize financial performance.• Prepare business cases for investments and contribute to the development of manufacturing profit and loss statements.• Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies, coordinating with external partners for audits and tax matters.• Support the implementation and optimization of financial systems, including SAP integrations and S/4HANA.• Monitor operational costs across projects, including manufacturing and IT initiatives, to ensure efficiency.

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in finance or related roles, preferably within a manufacturing or global operations environment. • Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting. • Strong knowledge of financial systems, including SAP integrations and S/4HANA. • Hands-on experience with month-end close processes and variance analysis. • Familiarity with capital expenditure (CapEx) and operational expenditure (OpEx) management. • Expertise in profit and loss statement preparation and analysis. • Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments and drive cross-functional initiatives. • Background in compliance, audit coordination, and adherence to financial policies.
