File Clerk
We are looking for a detail-oriented File Clerk to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. This is a long-term contract position with opportunities to excel in a fast-paced retail environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining organized records and supporting efficient document management processes.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Organize and maintain physical files to ensure easy access and retrieval.<br>• Scan and digitize paper documents for electronic record-keeping.<br>• Handle filing of documents into designated file boxes and storage systems.<br>• Ensure accurate labeling and categorization of files for seamless organization.<br>• Assist in managing electronic filing systems and updating records as needed.<br>• Conduct regular audits to verify the completeness and accuracy of file records.<br>• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent document management practices.<br>• Retrieve and distribute requested files to appropriate personnel promptly.<br>• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive documents.<br>• Support additional administrative tasks related to file management as required.
• Proficiency in paper filing and document organization.<br>• Experience with scanning and digitizing physical documents.<br>• Familiarity with electronic filing systems and their management.<br>• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling records.<br>• Ability to lift and manage file boxes safely.<br>• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.<br>• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and safeguarding sensitive information.<br>• Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role is preferred.
