						<p>We are looking for an organized Administrative Assistant to support daily operations in Charleston, South Carolina. This is a long-term contract position that requires in-person availability during flexible weekday hours. The role involves a mix of administrative tasks, including managing documentation, handling correspondence, and providing general office support. This is a part-time position for about 20 hours each week. </p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring timely distribution and delivery.</p><p>• Prepare and process expense reports with accuracy and attention to detail.</p><p>• Coordinate and book travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.</p><p>• Perform notary public duties as needed for official documentation.</p><p>• Manage email correspondence and respond to inquiries in a thoughtful and precise manner.</p><p>• Run errands and complete various administrative tasks as required.</p><p>• Maintain organized records and files for easy access and reference.</p><p>• Assist with data entry tasks to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.</p><p>• Help with other general office duties to support the team.</p>
					
					
						• Proven experience in administrative support or a similar role.<br>• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.<br>• Proficiency in data entry and using office software, such as Microsoft Office.<br>• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.<br>• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.<br>• Valid notary public certification or willingness to obtain certification.<br>• Flexibility to work part-time hours and complete in-person tasks as needed.<br>• A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
