<p>We are looking for an experienced fractional Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Virginia. This position requires a strategic financial leader who can oversee key financial operations and provide expert guidance to ensure organizational success. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management and a proven ability to drive results.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Oversee and manage cash flow analysis to maintain financial stability and optimize liquidity.</p><p>• Provide strategic capital management to support organizational growth and investment opportunities.</p><p>• Lead and ensure accurate month-end closing processes to maintain timely and precise financial records.</p><p>• Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and actionable insights.</p><p>• Utilize QuickBooks Online for efficient financial tracking and management of accounts.</p><p>• Monitor and manage work-in-progress (WIP) accounting to ensure accurate project costing and profitability.</p><p>• Implement and maintain effective inventory accounting practices to optimize stock valuation and control.</p><p>• Collaborate with leadership to establish and execute financial strategies that align with organizational goals.</p><p>• Identify and address areas of improvement within financial processes to enhance operational efficiency.</p>

• Proven experience in cash flow analysis and financial forecasting.<br>• Expertise in capital management and investment planning.<br>• Strong knowledge of month-end close procedures and financial reporting.<br>• Proficiency with QuickBooks Online for financial operations.<br>• Familiarity with work-in-progress (WIP) accounting principles.<br>• Solid understanding of inventory accounting and stock management.<br>• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills within financial contexts.<br>• Effective communication and leadership abilities to collaborate across teams.
