<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.</li><li>7+ years of progressive experience in FP& A, corporate finance, or investment analysis.</li><li>Strong command of <strong>3-statement financial modeling</strong> and forecasting techniques.</li><li>Proven experience in <strong>CapEx planning and project management</strong>.</li><li>Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders across departments.</li><li>3+ years of supervisory experience</li><li>Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial planning tools (e.g., Hyperion, Adaptive Insights, Anaplan).</li></ul><p><br></p>
