Administrative Assistant
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Cathedral City, California. This role involves providing essential support to ensure smooth office operations within the insurance industry. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and bring strong organizational skills to the table.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Process and organize insurance applications and policy documents with accuracy and efficiency.<br>• Prepare and assemble benefit packets for individual, Medicare, and small group insurance plans.<br>• Monitor submissions and follow up on pending documentation using internal tracking systems.<br>• Maintain both digital and physical filing systems to ensure easy access and organization.<br>• Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, scheduling reminders, and assisting with client follow-ups.<br>• Answer inbound calls and provide reliable support to clients and team members.<br>• Collaborate with the team to ensure compliance documentation is up-to-date and accurate.<br>• Support receptionist duties by welcoming visitors and managing inquiries when required.<br>• Manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently to meet business needs.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or similar role.<br>• Proficiency in administrative tasks, including data entry and receptionist functions.<br>• Strong organizational skills with acute attention to detail.<br>• Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.<br>• Reliable, punctual, and capable of managing time effectively.<br>• Spanish language proficiency is preferred but not required.<br>• Willingness to learn and work with internal systems (training will be provided).
