We are looking for an experienced Controller to oversee and enhance financial operations within our manufacturing facility in Carson, California. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounting policies, monitoring financial procedures, and ensuring the organization remains compliant with all relevant regulations. Responsibilities: • Develop, document, and update accounting policies to ensure consistency and compliance. • Manage and oversee timely completion of payments, including accounts payable and bank deposits. • Prepare and review quarterly and annual budgets for all departments. • Conduct cost and profit analyses to provide actionable financial insights. • Establish and track financial performance metrics to support organizational goals. • Create risk assessment models to evaluate potential investments and financial decisions. • Generate regular financial reports and produce ad-hoc reports as required. • Maintain organized and accurate filing systems for all financial records. • Perform internal audits and support external audit processes. • Ensure strict adherence to accounting and tax regulations.

• Proven experience in a Controller or similar financial leadership role. • Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and financial regulations. • Proficiency in risk management and investment evaluation. • Expertise in preparing and analyzing budgets and financial metrics. • Familiarity with internal auditing procedures and external audit coordination. • Advanced skills in document control and maintaining accurate financial records. • Ability to utilize document scanning and filing technologies effectively. • Exceptional analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
